2. What data we process
When you submit the contact form, we process the data you provide: your name, e-mail address, area of interest, and the content of your message. If you contact us by phone, we process your phone number and the content of our communication.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process your data to respond to your inquiry and communicate with you — i.e. to take steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — and based on our legitimate interest in keeping records of business communication (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Who we share data with
Contact form messages are delivered to us by Web3Forms, which acts as a processor. Data may also be stored with our e-mail and hosting providers. We do not pass your data to any other third parties and we do not use it for marketing.
5. Retention period
We keep your data for the duration of handling your inquiry and any subsequent cooperation, but no longer than 3 years from our last communication, unless the law requires a longer period.
6. Cookies
This website does not use analytics or marketing cookies. We only store a technical preference in your browser (localStorage) to remember your cookie banner choice.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object. You can submit a request by e-mail at cziabco@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
